Excellent service, on time, workers were experienced, professional. They had to go up on the roof 3 stories high to clean our dryer vent. I highly recommend this company. Will be using them every year to clean out my dryer vents and my neighbors as well.

Dryer vent cleaning. Trouble is vent opening is small and if not properly placed after cleaning, dryer doesn’t dry clothes efficiently. Called to report it, but no answer and no return call after weeks. Referred a neighbor to them and Optimal didn’t respond to his calls either. Disappointed as I have used them for nearly a decade.
Vladimir was quick with his scheduling, courteous and efficient. I will use his service for my dryer vent cleaning needs.
