Ripped me off multiple times. Machines keep breaking. Now they won’t respond. Thinking of a lawsuit
Beware! I felt like I was mislead on the shower chair product as I was told it was a three in one shower chair combination. If you use this product in the shower your loved one is at risk for an injury. I was pressured into the purchase and it is too expensive for what you receive. Thieves! Do not purchase from this company. They should not be in business! They scam from those during their greatest time of need. So sad. They sell you on items and then send you the completely opposite of what what discussed and have a “no return” policy. Beware!
Beware of this shady company!!!! Stay away from accepting any equipment from them until you read the fine print!! They mark up medical equipment, charge your insurance company and you a huge portion for their basic equipment. The manager is so unprofessional and does not let you get a word in and once you speak he will cut off the call! They are rude, unethical and unprofessional!!! I’m not the only person here with a BAD review for them in fact they don’t have ANY good reviews
I wish I had read all these reviews beforehand. Horrible customer service from Desiree and especially from the manager. He stated that I'm just one of those that wants to keep the wheelchair...thats a wheel chair that I was never able to use because it is too big and they never cared to switched as they said they would. I will also add that this place is racist.
