Optimal Pool Solutions was successfully able to diagnose and fix something with my Hayward heater that no one else has before. They were clear, honest and professional, even helping me work through a warranty claim. Would recommend to anyone! 2025 Update: these guys are the best ! they continue to be responsive, helpful, and offer practical economical solutions for me to take care of my pool.
My pool lights had not been working this year. I called two pool companies before I called Optimal. One said they didn't work on electrical and the other said they were coming but never showed up. I called Optimal yesterday and they came out today and fixed the bad switch. Very professional, timely and reasonable.
Very good communication and explanations. I had several things not being done properly by my previous service provider. Cory found several things set incorrectly in my controls, including a winterized pump set to run 8 hours every day without water connected. Pump was ruined. Optimal also analyzed my water and found that my salt level was extremely high, over 5000. I brought this to the attention of the pool cleaning company. Thanks to Optimal Pool Solutions for helping me diagnose a major issue with my pool. I had other pool companies out that were not as educated and truly didn’t care. James from Optimal was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. In addition, He installed a new pump and filter for me and educated me on how to use it in a very user friendly way.
