We were in a pickle. Friday afternoon, downstairs toilet overflowing, can't use anything for fear of more foul plumbing. Nightmare. Searched "best plumbing Knightdale". For whatever reason, they were down on the list. Now I am in number dialing mode, most of them don't even answer the phone. Those that do are "Monday" or next week. Then I reach Optimal. "Hi, I need a plumber today, can you help?" Super nice lady on the other end "We got you sir, noon work?" Boom! Takes my information, says tech will text when he's on the way... read more
