I was amazed of how clean the facility is. The staff are so friendly. I was nervous because this was my first time going for therapy of this nature and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of attention I was given by the staff. My time spent there was well worth it and I feel so much better now. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy.
I was recently in a car accident, I was recommended by a friend to Optimal Physical Therapy, upon my arrival I was greeted by Marina who introduced me to their therapist Eugene. I addressed all my issues to Eugene and he took care of every problem! I felt like Marina and Eugene both personally took care of me like as if I was their own family! Would def recommend to anybody

This is the best Rehab in Gaithersburg area. This Physical Therapist had seen me through three major surgeries. He worked diligently and motivated me to meet my goals. I recently experienced major medical problems that impacted my mobility, I was not sure if I will ever regain my mobility again, but with Eugene the therapist reassurance and instructions, I am walking independently again. I broke my finger and after meeting with my doctor he recommended getting physical therapy. I worked closely with Eugene to fix my finger. I came to this office 3 times a week for a few months. Eugene was incredibly helpful and made the process less boring. After a few months of therapy I am able to bend my finger again and not be in pain when I am using it.
