Every time I go in to see Denise, I always leave with a sense of accomplishment and a better sense of myself. When I have an appointment with Denise, I take the lead and she meets me where I'm at. I enjoy her holistic and existentialist approach to therapy and trauma, because she's direct and honest and offers effective problems-solving strategies. She's one of the best therapists I've had thus far. I always look forward to seeing her.

RecommendedI have had experience with many Physical Therapy companies, with multiple surgeries, including five knee replacements, but none as wonderful as Optimal. In the past, I have even been handed a page of exercises and told to ask questions if I couldn’t figure out how to do them. The therapists at Optimal truly care about you and the reality is that, if it hadnt been for the Boss Man, Mike Russell, I might not be walking now.
