Wanted to establish an account for my call center. Called 3 times explaining that I needed to establish a business account and needed to talk to someone to set up billing. I was hung up on all 3 times by the operator. I assume the operator being a non-native speaker does not understand the request and repeats "we only provide language line" just before she ends the call. How do they get any new business? Certainly not getting ours. We set up with another provider in minutes.
