I am a very high performing cyclist that has won national level races. I had been experiencing knee pain and needed to get my bikes re-fit to me. This was a very involved bike fit. He meticulously went through clear placement, hip rotation, reach, seat height, seat placement, and measured each and every section. I was impressed with how thorough it was. I would definitely recommend Cameron at Optimal Performance. He is a great physical therapist that works directly with his clients and individualizes treatment plans based on needs. He has given me the tools to gain my strength back after a spinal surgery. Extremely grateful.

I had been having knee pain for several months while mountain biking. After working with Cameron to make my bike a better fit for me, my pain is gone. He was incredibly detailed and attentive throughout the bike fit process and brings an extensive body of knowledge from multiple fields. Cameron does a great job of making you feel at ease and ensuring his recommendations are a collaborative effort!
