I would definitely recommend Cameron at Optimal Performance. He is a great physical therapist that works directly with his clients and individualizes treatment plans based on needs. He has given me the tools to gain my strength back after a spinal surgery. Extremely grateful.

I had been having knee pain for several months while mountain biking. After working with Cameron to make my bike a better fit for me, my pain is gone. He was incredibly detailed and attentive throughout the bike fit process and brings an extensive body of knowledge from multiple fields. Cameron does a great job of making you feel at ease and ensuring his recommendations are a collaborative effort!

Was very knowledgeable and invested in helping me manage and treat a hip injury. Used therapies such as dry needling, myofascial release, stretching, and foam rolling to get me back to training and racing. Will definitely be going back for anything else that pops up down the road!
