Shannon is the best. Stuck with me through two knee replacements. Couldn't have done it without him! Everyone there is friendly and kind but Shannon is the GOAT.
All the therapists have abruptly left the practice, and my experience reflects a concerning decline in quality. My only treatment was from a recent high school graduate who appeared inexperienced. During my first visit, the owner and head therapist acknowledged me briefly, but after that, I was passed off to this much younger assistant (fresh out of High School) for the remainder of my sessions. I urge no one to go to this scam place. The physical therapists don’t even care about you as they walk away when you are doing your sets and reps. India is the best place for medical. This place sucks and just here to make money while keep on bringing you back. Shannon and all the therapists there are not good as they just walk away when you are exercising not paying attention to you
