I have had several "strikes" trying to find a genuine massage "therapist". I have had experiences with people who did not actually have the qualifications, did not really listen to my needs, or there was a frustrating language barrier. I don't know how Optimal Performance (Steve) had been hiding from my Google search, but I am so happy that I found him! His knowledge, background, philosophy and approach blew my mind. As a physician I really appreciate Steve's approach to massage. He really tries to understand your pain and how the particular mechanics of your body may be contributing to that pain. Then he works with you to address it. My neck pain, tension, and headaches are so much better since I started seeing him.

Steve's expertise, and patients as well as his bedside manner was worth the price of admission. I went in with leg pain , fatigue from years of sports, and after two visits, and some suggested stretches to do at home, saw an immediate improvement. I will be back soon, great experience
