I’m not a runner at all, but Steve made training for the 5K feel completely doable — and even fun. He created a customized plan that fit my schedule and ability level, and he checked in regularly to keep me accountable and motivated. By race day, I felt prepared and confident, which is something I never thought I’d say about running. Steve is a fantastic coach and highly recommend!

Steve is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time to understand what is needed. My goal was to play basketball again with no pain and he got me there. Truly thankful for him helping me accomplish this.
