Matt Barnes helped me prepare for and recover from two hip replacement surgeries, everything from "pre-hab" to returning to the sports (running, cycling) I love. I just ran a marathon on those two new hips, and Matt was a huge part of getting me to that finish line. More recently, I had an issue with my shins arise late in my training cycle. I (luckily) was able to secure a last-minute appointment with Matt, who assessed the situation and helped me develop a plan to help me achieve my goal.
Words can't express how incredibly grateful I am for the team at Optimal Motion. The entire office is spectacular, including the front desk, billing, and therapists. Specifically, Secili has restored my quality of life and helped me avoid surgery twice. I trust her so much, I'm now bringing in my out-of-state parents to consult with her. It can take a while to get in for an initial appointment, but the wait is 100% worth it.
Really enjoyed the experience. Professional service, clean space, and a lovely atmosphere. Would visit again!
