I recently had an appointment at Optimal Motion Physical Therapy. Matt Barnes is an exceptional physical therapist. He took so much time to really listen to my concerns, clearly explained the causes of my back pain, and walked me through a detailed, thoughtful plan of action. I left feeling informed, supported, and confident about my recovery. The entire staff is welcoming, and Matt truly is the best PT — highly recommend!

I do physical therapy at Optimal Motion for my Ehlers Danlos syndrome. My physical therapist Mike always checks in with me to address my symptoms and pivot if needed. He tapes my joints to help stabilize them, and the clinic even got green tape because it’s my favorite color!
Ms. DeStefano is an ABSOLUTE POWERHOUSE of knowledge and experience. Her know-how on Hypermobility and the problems it can cause in the body has helped tremendously. Can’t recommend highly enough.
