This is an update to my last review from 3 years ago. I went back to Heather because I was having an issue with sciatica and plantar fasciitis. After asking a few questions, she went right to work on the areas of concern, and I have to say, today I feel much better. I'm not saying that everyone is going to experience the same results, but I am very pleased and intend to continue on a maintenance schedule and not wait another three years. Omar M.
Ashiatsu massage and stretch session. Amazing. Better stretch than other places I’ve been.
Heather is such a kind and knowledgeable professional! She went above and beyond providing me with stretching advice. I was also thrilled with how my first ever ashiatsu massage provided me with instant relief of a tight lower back.
My experience with Heather was great! We started our session going over my needs and she gave lots of tips on stretches to help alleviate muscle tension. She was able to work through many knots which left me refreshed.
Overall I had a great experience 10/10. I’ll be returning next month
