I had been searching for quite some time for someone who specializes in Ashiatsu massage, and I’m so glad I decided to expand my search area and found Optimal Massage! I’ve had various orthopedic issues over the years that have been treated in physical therapy. I found the soft tissue work to be very helpful, so my PT recommended Heather and said, “I trust her.” With that recommendation, I was confident that Heather would be able to help me. She is welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt at ease and look forward to ongoing treatment.
