Heather is such a kind and knowledgeable professional! She went above and beyond providing me with stretching advice. I was also thrilled with how my first ever ashiatsu massage provided me with instant relief of a tight lower back.
My experience with Heather was great! We started our session going over my needs and she gave lots of tips on stretches to help alleviate muscle tension. She was able to work through many knots which left me refreshed.
Overall I had a great experience 10/10. I’ll be returning next month
