I really liked the content and pace of this class. The instructor was knowledgeable and adapted to my needs. Learning how to do self fascia release is very valuable. I can’t wait to try other classes.
Staff are always so kind and friendly, massage therapists are amazing, so attentive to individual needs. Atmosphere is so relaxing!
Chasity was a wonderful choice of masseuse for a 2 hour optimal full body massage. She was receptive to the request of deep pressure and I felt comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend Optimal Massage and Chasity!
