I know‐" only negative attitudes prompt reviews" but ill explain. I was sent here on a Friday after 9 mile road changed my appointment time. Then tried to cancel my appointment entirely. Then changed my location to here in perdido due to a staffing shortage/issue. I get here and it's crowded and the staff is buried in their screens and doesn't know who's already in the back or who's next. Got an mri and I'm refusing optimal imaging at any location in the future.
Great experience. Very prompt. Staff was kind and professional.
It would be nice if the front desk spoke to you before putting you on hold for 16 minutes.
I had my mammogram today with Anne and she is the BEST radiology tech that I have ever met. She is kind, patient and just really good at what she does. Thank you Anne for the pleasant experience!
