one of the best therapists I've had for many years always doing something new for my body to heal better and faster. Tina takes a vast amount of time not just fixing the problem but getting the root cause of the issue.
First Off i just want to say Tina is the ABSOLUTE BEST at what she does. She gave me full range of motion to my knee after not having much for months. She is amazing and very knowledgeable. 100% will return and will be telling others to book ASAP!
I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from the incredibly talented Tina. I've had many massages over the years, but this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I was in a serious accident and was having trouble with my right shoulder and foot Tina was able to help me get mobility and my range of motion back through her technique and massage she did what 3 other people couldn't and I'm so grateful someone referred her to me. The first time I went to see Tina, my back was so locked up I could barely walk, I was in a lot of pain. She dug right in with her fingers, forearms, and elbows into muscles I didn't know i had. She's also very intuitive, easy to talk to.
