Optimal Home Improvement was easy to work with and executed the job with great quality! The sales rep Bob was phenomenal to work with and followed through with everything that was promised. The install team was quick and courteous while still doing a high quality job! The project manager kept me updated promptly when weather caused the job to be rescheduled twice. I will use Optimal Home Improvemnt if I have any other exterior work done in the future. Great job!
Dylan Braden of Optimal Home Improvements came to my house to give me an estimate of the roof damage I had from wind and hail recently. He inspected the roof, siding and gutters and found damage to the roof and gutters. He suggested filing an insurance claim of which we did on the spot. Dylan had the claim support phone number of my insurance and we started the claim process. They did an outstanding job finishing our entire roof in about one week! The staff also cleaned up all the debris daily. They were very efficient and offered fair pricing. I highly recommend them!

A couple months ago Optimal was in my neighborhood assessing roofs. I was curious, have been for a year or so if my roof was damaged because hail and wind. Dylan, from Optimal came by and I asked about my roof. He did a quick assessment and recommended we have his team member come out, get up on the roof and identify issues.
