10/10!!! Thank you to Roman and his team. Great communication and scheduling experience. Quickly assessed what our home specifically needed and works best. The install went flawlessly and quick. The guys were efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. We cannot say enough good things about this company. Do yourself a favor and contact them, you won’t regret it!

We met with Roman the sales rep who explained everything about the new gutters and gutter guards. Later in the evening we received the estimate by email and were very happy with the price. The crew of 3 arrived to our house in West Dundee early the following Monday on time (actually a bit early) and were finished in 2.5 hours or less. The crew was pleasant and did a great job of installing. Took everything away and scanned the perimeter of the house with a magnetic tool to pick up any screws or metal remaining. I couldn’t be happier with the professional job and experience I had with Optimal Home Improvement. Working with Josh was a pleasure, he inspected my roof and found hail damage and made sure the insurance company claim adjuster covered both my garage and house. When the new roof was put on the work was done in a timely manner and looks great. They did a fantastic job of covering all my landscaping and making sure to clean everything up when completed. I highly recommend this company.

My in-laws had a great experience with Optimal Home Improvement! They did the roof on their house, and they couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. They did a great job keeping everything organized and cleaned up the area when they were finished. A year ago Optimal Home Improvement team was doing GAF shingles replacement on my house. Wojtek and his team did the great job! I can really recommend this company! This time they did the inspection on my house and checked their job. 100% great company!
