I was dealing with a company that my insurance sent and they were terrible. A neighbor told me about Optimal and I switched to them. I could not have been more pleased. They were very professional and had good communication. They showed up when they said they would and completed job in a timely manner. They did new siding, roof and gutters. Everything looks great and I would definitely recommend.

Costumer service from Bob and he's team were like no other. He made the process of getting a new roof and gutters so easy and almost fun! Bob guided me so patiently with all the dirty of work dealing with my insurance company and his team did a beautiful job on my roof and gutters.
