Bob from Optimal Home Improvement was fantastic! He was incredibly responsive, friendly, and super helpful with our insurance company. His team did an excellent job on our roof, and the turnaround time was quick.
Fast and high quality installation, roof looks great. The gutters and downspouts are fantastic too, no way they're clogging up. Not a scrap of tar paper, not a single nail left behind. Saw a guy combing thru the grass with his fingertips looking for a nail. Dylan was great, he walked us through the whole process. Felt like we were being taken care of from start to finish. 100% would recommend.
Optimal Home Improvement was easy to work with and executed the job with great quality! The sales rep Bob was phenomenal to work with and followed through with everything that was promised. The install team was quick and courteous while still doing a high quality job! The project manager kept me updated promptly when weather caused the job to be rescheduled twice. I will use Optimal Home Improvemnt if I have any other exterior work done in the future. Great job!
