The tech who visited my house was very professional and super nice, he did exactly what I was looking to have done and the price was exactly what I was quoted. I plan to have them do more work for me in the future. Definitely recommend this company for HVAC needs.
This is a detailed review: Optimal installed our central air and furnace. We had to haveduct work installed. This was a pretty big job! First and foremost, this is a wonderful company to work with. From the initial phone call, Ashley was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about products. Also, she was very prompt in returning calls. Jeff (owner) was awesome to work with! They did an excellent job I would highly recommend them.
Very Professional employees that do great work never late will even call and see if you would be ok with them coming a little early when possible. LOVE THE OWNERS and they never make me feel like my questions are silly. Will continue to use them for my heating and cooling needs peace of mind is worth it to me!!
