Let me say this. The whole process was so smooth from start to finish, Jeff, Tyler and the whole crew spent the day in our home relocating our air conditioner and also some inside work. 100 percent will continue to use optimal for our heating and cooling service. Our existing AC was on its last legs, so we got a few quotes on replacing it. Jeff from Optimal explained all the options, and ended up saving us money based on the design we chose. Despite the install being a nightmare due to the house construction, the guys did a fantastic job, working around us, the dogs, the weather and supplier issues. Our new Ducted and Ductless mini-split setup is super quiet, Smart-Home linked, and so effective I'm sat here thinking I'm a bit chilly on an 85° day...with the oven on.
