This brand new facility in the heart of downtown Salmon Arm is so warm and welcoming. The service from the Hearing Practitioner, Justin Miller, was exceptional. He has brand new technical equipment to give you the best possible hearing that is custom to your needs. He wants you to be fully satisfied and he welcomes anyone who is suffering from hearing problems and those with old hearing aids that aren't functioning properly. He cares about you and restoring your hearing.

Justin provided me with a hearing assessment and walked me through different device options. He was patient with my questions and helped me understand the cognitive drain that can come with hearing loss. I didn’t feel like I was just a sale, but rather a client whose concerns genuinely mattered.
