Jack was thorough and honest about my not needing to have any wax removed as their was little to no problem in that regard and so after a full hearing test noted my hearing was the issue. Explained what could be done and left it to me to decide what action to take if any considering my age and lung issues. No sales pressure and sound advice. That is rare and welcome. Highly recommend his services.

Jack provided attentive and knowledgeable care for our 94 year old Uncle in when he visited him on site in Aged Care. The new aids have dramatically improved his quality of life as well as our Aunt- who no longer has to shout! The extended family is very impressed and grateful.
