Jack from Optimal Hearing is a great Guy,always rings to let me know when he is coming down to Mornington & is always on time. He is also very Professional at his job and looks after his Clients needs.
It's always been a pleasure to deal with Jack Leigh. From the first time Mum met Jack, he has always been kind, patient and above all respectful. Jack has always responded promptly to any queries I have had and takes the trouble to provide the best possible solutions. As my Mother has mobility issues, Jack has always been so flexible and has come to see Mum and attend to Her hearing aid issues wherever She was. I would recommend Jack's services to anyone at any time.

Jack Leigh has looked after my 95 year old mum for the last few years now & you couldn't ask for a better service. Mum is in a nursing care home & Jack introduced her to her first set of hearing aids & he regularly checks on her progress. She enjoys his visits so much & has greatly benefited from the aids. I have been a client of Jack Leigh's for over 7 years. Why I'm still with Jack and Optical hearing: a) He comes to me (mobile visits) b) Very professional and friendly c) efficient, nothing is to much from sending batteries to fixing hearing aid. I would recommend Jack to anyone with hearing problems
