Tyler was very professional and friendly. Explained the entire process and results. Results were received very quickly as well.
Got great treatment and service from Dr. Tyler Blackford at Optimal Hearing. Took my visiting Mom there due to a crackling sound in her fairly new hearing aids purchased in another state. Tyler warmly welcomed us and was friendly, courteous, capable and professional. After checking for ear canal issues he determined the device would require factory repair, likely under warranty. Tyler is fantastic! Very friendly, professional and patient. Ensures that my 92 year old understands what is happening and asks him direct questions. Above and beyond on customer service!
Tyler helped me this morning and replaced some tubing, while 1 of them was only broken, he went out of his way to make sure both of my hearing aids had proper tubes and replaced the 2nd tubing on the other hearing aids. Its nice to have someone that actually wants to make sure both are working properly even when you only made an appointment for 1 broken hearing aid.
Super veteran friendly. Very helpful.
