He is able to ask targeted questions to make sure my hearing aids are at peak performance and to trouble shoot any areas that may arise with me personally. He is resourceful and knows which aids are the best fit for my low tone loss and deafness, yet he gives me all the options, pros and cons I want to hear and lets me make the devision. I appreciate Stan and will continue with HearingLife as long as he is employed there.
