Tyler is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. We were referred to Tyler/Optima and are very happy that we have found someone that is so well versed in their specialty. We will be using Optimal from now on!
This is Dave’s wife posting today 4-21-2022. When Dave’s hearing aids are functioning properly he is kind and sweet and very attentive. When his hearing aids are not working properly he is grouchy and unresponsive…. because he can’t hear me! Yesterday was one of those unresponsive days and I said “ your hearing aids aren’t working properly are they?” “ Why do you wait to call Tyler? Tyler made it easy to be a customer. I brought my Grandmother’s earpiece in for service. He had it fixed and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Terrific service!
Tyler is fantastic. I purchased my Resound hearing aids four years ago from a doctor who closed his practice. I needed help and Googled Resound Hearing Aids near me. Optimal Hearing in Ponte Vedra Beach was listed and I called yesterday to make an appointment and visited the office today.
