Transitioning from Optimal Hearing and it's great customer service, i was pleased to discover that one of my former contacts, Kaitlin Miller, was now my specialist. She spent considerable time explaining my updated hearing exam.
GREAT SERVICE, LOCATION, EXPERTISE!!! Natalie, is a very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional hearing aid specialist. She services all major mfgers and often has the necessary parts on hand! Great location by HH Hospital, easy parking, safe location. She's fantastic with my 96 year old mom!
