They are less than professional and have extremely poor customer service skills. The final straw was when they double booked my appointment. Absolutely no regard for a patients time and schedule. Definitely be prepared for an unfortunate experience if you book a hearing test.
The hearing instrument specialist was very informative, knowledgeable and personable.
