Justin was spot on with adjusting my hearing aids and preventing the right ear from cutting out for no reason. The 800 number to set up an appointment to get service for my issues is a joke. There was no verbal communication, just texting. There is no personalized service anymore and all the appointment tech could do was offer me a hearing test. I wasn’t able to talk to anyone at the Woodstock office until the day of my appointment.
They are amazing people at the Woodstock office. Justin takes time to get your hearing aids adjusted right and listens to everything you’ve got to say. I’ve had nothing but the best Care there. I Recommend Hearing Life to everybody that needs hearing aids.
