Always calls to remind me of an upcoming appointment!! Especially love the fact I'm treated with MUCH respect!!! Bill is back!!!! So glad he is too!! He sold me my very first device when it was Optimal Hearing!! Very caring, takes his time explaining prices and services,, exceptional employee!!! I will move my care over to his office on Kennesaw....
