When I first was scheduled for a hearing test at hearing life I did not want to wear hearing aids. Amazing service! I called the customer care center to check when the next available appointment would be, and to my surprise, they were able to get me in the very next day. I came in because I wanted to find out if I was losing my hearing, based on some things I had been told. The audiologist was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process took less than an hour. Thank you so much for the prompt, professional, and caring service!
