Please know I am divulging this review with the kindest intentions ever! Everything is PERFECT with Optimal Healthcare with the exception of the receptionist. She is sweet but very unreliable and should not be the main contact when refills or decisions are made concerning patients. While I understand she is busy, she does not listen and can seem bothered and overbearing. It would be fantastic to receive confirmation from a nurse or doctor that is qualified.
I have been using optimal healthcare for my primary care. In the onset of the company my experiences were good. Now I believe they mainly concentrate on cash services such as Botox or cool sculpture. Just this week I have been waiting 6 days to get directions on my blood work. I have texted called and left a message as well as talking to front desk with no avail. I’m not going back and I am currently looking for a new primary care provider.
