I have been using optimal healthcare for my primary care. In the onset of the company my experiences were good. Now I believe they mainly concentrate on cash services such as Botox or cool sculpture. Just this week I have been waiting 6 days to get directions on my blood work. I have texted called and left a message as well as talking to front desk with no avail. I’m not going back and I am currently looking for a new primary care provider.
I love optimal healthcare. Everyone there is so nice and treats you like family. They offer such a wide variety of services—urgent care (I love their IV hydration when I’m sick) and primary care, they help with weight loss. You get the best care with them.
Best place around! I love ALL of the staff here! Amberly and her team go above and beyond for their patients. Its such a welcoming environment and I always look forward to seeing Bethanie and having our mom life talks! I highly recommend
