Cannot recommend Optimal Health of Houston enough!!! I’ve been seeing Laura Mendez for only 4 months now and she’s already made such a positive impact on my life. Practitioner Mendez is a wealth of knowledge. She studies your case and helps get to the reason for your illness, not just giving you something for the symptoms. I went to several traditional doctors without help, after seeing her she gave me information/advice that actually aided my GI problems. I am sincerely grateful for that. Mona has been pleasant to work with and I appreciate her help with the herbal medicines and appointments. Thank you.

Laura Mendez is nothing short of amazing! I had a total thyroidectomy in 2010 and spent years trying to find a doctor who could help me or one who would listen to me and care about how I felt.
