Dr. Wagnon is a thorough physician. I have never went for an appt.and had to wait, never once walked into a roomful of patients, not once. Unfortunately, in a medical office, the 1st people you encounter are the front desk, which is just as important and should be medically knowledgeable to at least relay a message or ? to the doc and get a return call with some kind of advice, I am still waiting for that return call from 3 weeks ago and the results have never been provided, which it took 6 days to get a script to any hospit... read more
I love my doctor. The staff is do warm and inviting.
We met Dr. Wagnon at an unexpected ER visit for my 19 year old son in Oct. We live in Missouri, but our son needed immediate medical attention while traveling in Illinois. We drove up to be with him. Over the past 3 years, we have been to countless Dr.'s, ER's, and Urgent Cares, and have had a ridiculous amount of scans, tests, and misdiagnoses and yet no relief for my son. Very thorough explanation and patient care is all time high
I went to this practice for years. I trusted them. They seemed nice. They seemed professional. I even had the nerve to recommend them. I went to Dr wagnon about a year ago and told him I was gaining weight and I had started eating less an exercising so it didn't make any sense I tried the semi-glutide injections, and they didn't work.
