⭐ 1/5 Absolutely useless experience with Sandra Coles. Getting a simple issue sorted somehow became another opportunity to suggest a paid session. The documentation was wrong, the communication was terrible, and getting a straight answer felt impossible. If fixing a mistake requires customers to open their wallets again, something is seriously wrong with the service. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

⭐ 1/5 Disappointing service from Sandra Coles. Getting clear answers was difficult, and the overall experience felt more stressful than supportive. There was also an issue with the documentation provided, and resolving it seemed to require another paid appointment. Definitely expected better communication and care from a professional service.

1/5 Very disappointing experience with Sandra Coles. The process felt unnecessarily slow and the communication came across as dismissive rather than supportive. More concerningly, the letter provided for court was incorrect. When clarification was requested, the issue was not properly addressed and another paid session was suggested instead.
