Never have I had a care provider be so real life with me, I absolutely love Dr. B and the team at optimal health because of this! They are straightforward and tell it like it is and will cheer and support through your Wellness journey. I used to get sick all the time before I started seeing Dr. Baley. At first I thought this was just normal mom life, but it really was just an unregulated nervous system and body out of whack. Ever since I started consistently seeing Dr. Baley for chiropractic care, I get sick 90% less and if I do get sick, it’s for a much shorter duration. That is worth gold to me!!!

100/10 every single time! I got back from Disney, swore I had an apt schedule but when I looked it was gone. Dr B happily squeezed me in and made me feel soooo much better. Seriously the best. From being literally a week from giving birth to 4 years later, I wouldn’t pick anyone else.
