I love going to Optimal Health and Wellness! The cozy atmosphere puts you at ease. Dr. Gomes listens to your concerns, and dives deep into finding the root cause to your symptoms. I recommend this office daily to people that are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired!

If you’re tired of your symptoms and labs not being addressed by the “health”care system you’re in the right place! My husband and I have been very pleased by the thorough care we have received by Dr. Gomes and the Optimal Wellness staff! Our bloodwork is leaps and bounds better than when we started and we are feeling better than ever!
Dr. Gomes is very good at helping you figure out what may be causing what ever issue you are having. He is also very good at letting you know where you are failing to hold up your end without making you feel like a failure.
