I received 4 appointment email reminders. Confirmed the appointment. Took time off of work. To pick up my elderly father for his appointment only to be told the appointment was cancelled because his appointment wasn’t confirmed by phone. That’s ridiculous! Ben Taub would have been a better choice! By a long shot!!!
I came in for a D.O.T physical. The doctor and staff was very friendly and kind! The visit was quick. And very affordable.
Had the best visit today at Optimal Family Care. Entire staff was very welcoming and kind. Nice comfortable atmosphere. I saw Vanessa and she was extremely thorough. Took time to go over details and explains and answers any questions. You won’t feel rushed at all like so many Dr Offices. I would highly recommend this practice for your medical needs. I’m so pleased with the overall visit and staff.
I have nothing but positive to say about my experience with Optical Family Care. Their communication is exceptional. They also thoroughly answered all my questions. I highly recommend this office for your healthcare needs.
