It’s rare to find a shop that is this transparent. They took the time to actually walk me through the issues showing me exactly what was failing and why. Most importantly, they didn't BS me. They were very clear about what needed to be fixed immediately for safety and performance, and what could honestly wait for another day.
So happy I found an honest and skilled shop to take my diesel truck!
Arrogant and ignorant
I have nothing but positive things to say about Optimal Diesel. They diagnosed my issue with 100% accuracy. I also asked them to correct any issues causing my check engine light to come on. They accomplished it all and my truck is running like it should. Optimal Diesel has earned my respect! Pueblo is lucky to have them.
