The exterior building looked a little old but I was impressed once I got inside, this office looks nice, modern and clean. The front desk lady was on the phone but as soon as she got off the phone greeted me, she was very polite and nice 😊 love the office decor, detail hygienist was very nice young lady. The Doctor was super friendly and knowledgeable, love when Doctors connect with their patients. The entire staff was awesome! So far I loved my experience.
Excellent experience! The front desk staff and dentist were professional, cheerful and communicated well. I got a genuine sense that they enjoyed their job and it was reflected in the high quality service I received. I saw Dr. El-Jannoun. She provided exceptional dental cleaning and guidance on how to improve my dental care. I left the office feeling genuinely seen and well cared for. Impressed by the great custom service of the front desk, the kindness of the dental assistant and the fabulous manners and professionalism of Dr. Ashmed El-Gobashi Dentist.
We have been with them for 17 years and will continue to go to them despite the 1.5 hour distance. They are respectful, generous with their time, and always take time to explain the procedures.
It was great experience for the first time visiting the office and under going treatment with Dr Eljannoun Dana she is amazing and has outstanding professionalism
