I would of left no stars if that was an option. I rented a poc from this place and brought some other items from the retail store. We asked the lady at the front desk twice if that amount was correct and she confirmed. After we left we got additional charge of $300 on our card. When we asked about this charge, they said we didn’t have your number and gave you the wrong price. $300 difference???? They took money from my card and I never authorized them they could. This is fraud and not a very good way to run a business.
We can’t thank you enough for providing our parents with wheelchairs at the last minute, due to an unexpected fall. We dealt with the sweetest man on earth, and it truly saved the day. Absolutely 5 stars.
