Optimal Biohealth has been an amazing tool. It has increased my sustainable energy in the gym, and increased my longevity to maintain as a powerlifter. Ty is extremely amazing at what she does. She’s knowledgeable, helpful, funny and extremely kind. Nat is also very kind, knowledgeable. They both make Shockwave Therapy has changed so many aspects of my life in and out of the gym.
I had SLAPS tears in both shoulders, and later earned an impingement in one of them. Peptide therapy definitely impacted my recovery. I'm grateful to Anna and her team for their support!
