Optimal Air Services came out to repair my ducted heating unit. The gentleman they sent was very professional and very polite. The work was done efficiently and professionally. The staff in the office were very obliging and helpful and I even had a bit of a laugh with Wendy who was the nice lady that I had my dealings with. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs either their cooling or heating repaired as they are one of the best companies I have dealt with.

The team, led by Ash, was responsive, well-priced, and demonstrated quick service. I highly recommend their services and appreciate the entire staff's efforts.
