My eye permanently droops and is swollen after one visit for Botox and filler. It has been two years now and still there. I went back to her and asked her for a refund so I could try to go to a different doctor who could possibly help me fix it. She laughed in my face and said it was not her problem. She was not apologetic about messing up my face and had zero empathy for me. Do not walk away run!
