Avoid at all costs if you care about your health or a loved ones. During intake I was told services could be provided at times that accommodated me. I was also told other things that turned out to be a untrue that Optimae could not provide. I had 4 different staff workers over the first four months of services. I had to change times/days on a regular basis to help accommodate Optimae and their schedules. Do not recommend. We asked 3 basic questions - is it safe? is it clean? is staffed trained? little did we know NO would be the answer to all of that. in the 3 short days my family member stayed there, the house was full of trash, mice, drug use, and much more all while under the care of "staff". when brought to administration's attention we were told our "expectations were too high". do not send your loved ones here or trust them in their care. If I could give it a zero I would. The one staff I spoke to was highly rude speaking to me like I was a criminal. I was a case manager for many years working with adults and children with mental illness and often involved in the criminal justice system and I never spoke rudely to a parent of a person in our programs. If they didn’t have a release of information I couldn’t release that the person was even there but if important information life drug allergies were given I wrote those down and wasn’t rude.
