I've called multiple times to get assistance with a family member. I've spoken to one woman who was very sweet and informative and I was told I would get a call back and I have not. I called two more times and left messages that have not been returned. It's disappointing that people in our community aren't receiving the help they need. It's also concerning that no one can ever be reached when called. I couldn't trust someone to care for family when the company never picks up the phone.
