I am in Optimae. I have needed a plumber for the past 2 days. I lease through Optimae. They keep insisting I call a plumber and pay for a plumber, when it is THEIR responsibility. The quality of their services have plummeted in the past 2 years, and it's only going to get worse.
I work for this company and l love it
This is a bad place to work and send your family members. if I could ill give it 0 stars the employees there are lazy and lack communication
