Personable and likeable counsellor I saw was simply incompetent at his job and had more issues than I have. The back office administration is also incompetent, with unapologeticly terrible service. The owner of this business, Bill Dodds, Des Moines, should be in prison for fraud. Cheats his employees on pay and hires the poorest calibre people. If there is anyone good, they are booked out and doing the job out of the goodness of their heart, despite the black heart of the owner. Do not use Optimae under any circumstances
Employees at the Burlington facility smoke ILLEGALLY on the sidewalk outside the front entrance. Complaints to the corporate office are NEVER receive a response. You'll never have the same staff member for long because they are underpaid and find employment elsewhere.
