I listened in on a conversation with my brother and the lady who answers your phone. Personally I feel if you cannot speak to someone without having a attitude or being rude to them then you should find another job. Let's be real people go there for help not to be talked down to like they are slow or being disrespected. Very unprofessional. Its bad enough mental health in this state is little to nothing...then to deal with that is unreal. Patience goes a long way..if you do not have any this is not the job for you.
