I have been trying to call and message with no response. I just stopped by the office and it is locked up tight. I have at least 1000.00 in massages and facials I bought on special that I haven’t yet used. Shame on them for not even calling their customers.
I msgd the owner to cancel my membership and I'm still being charged 2 months later. When I did go, I called to make an appointment for dermaplaning and I was given the "Special" facial instead. Never got my dermaplaning and I didn't fuss about it but I did tell them to cancel my membership. But I'm still being charged for services I'm not using. Communication here SUCKS!

Horrible customer service and experience. BUGGED ME ALL WEEKEND TO CONFIRM I'm coming to appt I confirmed ever time just to cancel me at the last minute!! Don't waste your time with this unprofessional place of business
