Optima Windows was great to work with on my window project. The sales consultant Dimitry was very helpful, attentive, friendly and considerate. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Max and his crew were the installers and were friendly, polite, and very respectful regarding the inside of my home and outside on my property. They worked quickly and effectively and were meticulous with their clean up efforts leaving my home perfectly clean. I was impressed with their service.
From starting with John coming by for the quote to the finish with Ben and his crew, we were very impressed with the service. Punctual, courteous and they left my house cleaner than when they walked in! We had our windows installed on Jan 8 2026 and the crew was a delight, windows are amazing and can’t wait to call you back to do the rest of the house!
