Ben and crew came out today and installed 9 windows, they were very professional and respectful and did a fantastic job! I have never seen 5 guys working so hard and smiling, laughing in 30 degree heat. Thanks for a great job!! I hired Optima to replace my front door and 4 of my windows, and I made the right choice. Dimitri came out to have an initial look, I actually asked for a quote for replacing all windows, and then just some individual numbers. He spent a couple hours with me and made sure I understood everything. Due to budget restraints, we went with the reduced workload. A gentleman named Dimitry came to give me a quote on replacing my basement windows. He inspected all of the windows and suggested I didn't need to change them just yet. He said while they were older and not as efficient as the new windows, they are in good shape and don't leak water. He said that since the size of basement windows are relatively small you won't see a noticable difference in your heating and cooling costs.
