Just had my upstairs windows replaced. We are seniors and live on a modest income but the quality and prices were great after doing some research we decided on Opitima windows and doors .. I went to work and my husband was home when I arrived I was thrilled to see a completed job! Looks amazing they cleaned everything up and I’m thrilled with my new windows !!!
Working with Chris was a very smooth process. He was very upfront about what we we needed and what we will be getting from his team. He was always responsive and prompt in communicating with us. His assistance in applying for the government loan for windows replacement was much appreciated. Ben and his team did a thorough and efficient job on the installation. They cleaned up quite well after the install and we were pleased with the results. Definitely recommend choosing Optima for windows.

Ben and team did a great job installing the windows and doors at my house. They also vacuum and clean up after so it saved me some work. And then I noticed some misalignment in the patio door afterwards which I called the office and the technician came the next day to fix it! Had the chance to speak with Randy (Sales) and Chris (Owner) a few times in which both were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend Optima - we are definitely getting high quality service on what we paid for!
Very happy with the work that was completed by Optima. They were on time and very professional in replacing my windows and front door. I was even more satisfied by the follow responses from Michael. After the job was complete, I had several question pertaining to greener homes program and auditor issues the he was more than helpful in resolving. I have recommended them to friends and would use them again for any future projects. Great job guys!
