I appreciate the courteous and professional service Optima provided for our new front door. The salesperson was patient and answered all our questions. The Installer was considerate and advised me on how to reinstall my alarm. We had a small issue regarding the panels on the door, but it was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. I would recommend Optima to all my friends and family.
