Terrible Company. Scale not operating after a few weeks and company provides no warranty or after sales support. Look elsewhere.
Purchased a livestock scale through one of Optima's online retailers. Scale died within 6 months. Online retailer passed the issue ( stating they only do returns/refunds within 60 days of purchase and they ceased selling Optima) back to Optima. Optima stated that they are only a drop ship distributor and in effect doesn't provide any warranty. Don't bother purchasing anything from a company which doesn't back its products.

Really bad experience, horrible! Deserve 0 star not even 1 Paying for sclae that supposed to be delievered in 45 day, 45 days passes and nothing happened, they said its delayed production, today another 4 weeks passed in addition to 45 days and only answer we get is, we are sorry and have no update or ETA! Dont promise when you cant keep it.
