Awful place to rent a suite from. Ariana who showed me the suite had stains all over floor was promised they were going to be removed and never was. She is also very rude and heartless through messages. Always a weird smell there and small tiny space for the $$$$. The property manager involved is awful and will take advantage of you, the rent is way higher than even the nicer places around to rent from. Really happy to have found a beautiful and clean place for my business. The optima salons manager has been very responsive to any questions or concerns. I would highly suggest this area for those seeking a mix of luxury and beach vibes.
Beautiful location! Lots of parking and everything is very well kept up! Walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants!
I visited Taylor Drew at optimal salon suites and had the absolute BEST experience. First let me explain the location, it's absolutely beautiful. The space is so adorable and clean.
