This office is absolutely the most caring & every staff member treats you like gold. It has been many years since I've felt special and treated like a human & they honestly care!! I wasn't even a patient my best friend is & I walk with a cane. The office on their own said they can fix me to not possibly use a cane anymore. I'm being fitted for braces on my legs & am so excited to start this new journey! I definitely recommend Optima Prosthetics & Orthotics to anyone. I love them!! ,
Wow. What an amazing place! I was referred to them by Swift for my scoliosis making one leg shorter than the other. I met Kirk (I believe that's your name, sorry if I'm wrong! I'm terrible with names.) and he made me feel.much better by telling me the difference was negligible! I was so pleased. He spent about 10 minutes with me, made me an insert for my shoe lift & told me to have nice day. No charge fir his time, materials or the work he had to do! Nothing! The staff here was so helpful with my dad getting new shoes and inserts. I came to them after every other place we'd been to had given me the run around. They said no problem, let us take care of it and they did!!! Best place to go to!!
Due to a leg length discrepancy, I developed plantar fasciitis after a partial knee replacement and was in pain for over a year. I went to my podiatrist and then to Optima Prosthetics & Orthotics where they made the best orthotics that I have ever had. A few months later, my foot pain is gone and my gait is tracking the best it ever has. I owe it to Optima Prosthetics & Orthotics.
