I was with Manila Bobba for 14 years. When I started with her the Medical Offices were called Desert Palms. A while back they switched to Optima Medical. Manila Bobba was awesome. Today I was placed with Nancy Schaffner FNP. She was wonderful. She reviewed my test results and was very pleasant. I highly recommend her. Thanks Optima.

I’m an old guy and I’ve had multiple primary doctors over the years and Jennifer Burns is by far the best and most thorough primary I’ve ever had. She’s a credit to Optima Medical.

I use to really like this office, but it has gone down hill. I hate writing poor reviews. It is almost impossible to be seen for an appointment outside of a routine visit when your are sick. The last 4 times I have called to make an appointment with a respiratory virus or some sort of cold, I have been denied patient care. I can't be seen a couple of weeks after the fact, or when I am denied patient care, they refer me to the ER or urgent care, and when I go there, they look at me like I am nuts because I am there for a non ... read more
